Office Hours

Effective October 2013, we put into practice a $30 charge for each visit missed without a minimum 12 hour notice to us. If, a patient misses 3 visits, without a minimum 12 hour notice, within a 12 month period, they could potentially be dismissed from our practice.

We encourage you to bring your medications, or a list of your medications and vitamin supplements, to each appointment. This provides our doctors with current and complete information, and requests for refills can be reviewed during your visit. If you run out of medications in between your appointments, you can call our office during regular office hours to request your refill.

No-Show Policy

With 4 offices from Stow to Wadsworth, we can provide same week/day appointments for emergency and urgent care Cardiology needs.  Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can conveniently schedule an appointment, for any location, by calling 330-753-6699.

Prescription Refills

We accept all major insurances.  Co-pays are expected at the time of the visit. We do accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your convenience. Patients are financially responsible for any balance, co-pay, and deductible remaining after claims have been submitted to medical insurances. If Un-insured, the patient is responsible for the balance.

     Dr. Ihsan Ul Haque and Dr. Tariq Saleem, of City Cardiology Associates, have been providing cardiology services in Summit County since 1984. They consolidated their years of experience and formed City Cardiology Associates in 1999. In 2012, Dr. James D. Maloney joined CCA, bringing with him 50 years of cardiology and arrhythmia experience. He is a welcomed and valued addition to our practice. Together, we have over 110 years of experience in patient care.

     At CCA, our goal is to provide comprehensive cardiac care. We want our patients to be knowledgeable and involved in their own health. We constantly strive to keep ourselves abreast of advances in invasive, non-invasive cardiac procedures, testing and medical management. In turn, this benefits our patients and their understanding of all aspects of their condition. Our group prides itself on our personalized service to our patients.

     CCA's offices are ICANL Accredited for Nuclear Stress testing and are equipped to provide in-house test results with quick, if not immediate, results of echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests, holter monitors, and cardiac evaluations to the patient, and the family physician through our Electronic Medical Records.

     Lastly, our physicians educate and enlighten the patient about life style choices and to their relationship between today's chronic conditions:  Abnormal Heart Rhythms,  Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, High Cholesterol and Congestive Heart Failure. We provide intervention and treatment. We champion prevention, and to their individual cardiac health, assisting them of a healthy future. For better heath and disease prevention education, we belong to American Heart Association, American College of Cardiology Hearth Rhythm Society, American Society of Echocardiography, and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
