City Cardiology Associates is a longstanding cardiology group in Summit County, Ohio.

After 15 years of solo practice each, Dr. Haque and Dr. Saleem consolidated their years of experience and formed City Cardiology Associates in 1999.  Dr. Cummings joined CCA in September 2010.  She has also practiced in the Akron area for the past few years and is a welcomed and valued addition to the practice.

At CCA, our goal is to provide comprehensive cardiac care.  We want our patients to be knowledgable and involved in their own health.  This strong belief keeps us abreast of advances in invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures, testing and medical management.  This in turn, benefits our patients and their understanding of all aspects of their condition.  Being a small group we can provide personalized service to our patients.

Our offices are equipped to provide in-house testing with quick turn around, if not immediate, results of echocardiograms, nuclear and treadmill stress tests, holter monitors, and cardiac evaluations to you and your family physician through our Electronic Medical Records.

We accept all major insurances.  Co-pays are expected at the time of the visit.
